We accept Card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express (Amex). All payments are processed securely.

What is your return policy?

There are certain criteria which MUST be met before we accept your return request. 

  1. The product must be unused/not fitted 
  2. Must be in the same condition in which you received it 
  3. Returned in the original packaging

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear this has happened, please e-mail us at modmycaruk@gmail.com or use our contact us page & we will be happy to help! 

Please Note: Have your order number ready with any evidence (images or videos of the damage)

Do you install the parts you offer?

Yes we do! Please see our fitting services for more info and bookings.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, we offer 3 months warranty on all our parts.

Shipping

Do you do collections?

Yes, we offer collections. Select the pick up option at check out or drop us a call and we will book you in to collect.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping is free unless you're based in Northern Ireland - please contact us for more info.

How can I track my order?

All orders are tracked, with the tracking number provided via email once order is dispatched.
